ক্রয়-বিক্রয়ের শর্তাবলী

 

১. অর্ডার প্রদান

গ্রাহক আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক পেজ, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ অথবা ফোন কলের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার করতে পারবেন।
অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর গ্রাহক একটি কনফার্মেশন কল বা মেসেজ পাবেন।

২. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি

আমরা নিম্নলিখিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণ করি:

  • ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD): পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার সময় মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।

৩. ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা

  • ঢাকার ভিতরে: ২–৩ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হবে।

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩–৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি করা হবে।

  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহকের অবস্থান অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

৪. পণ্যের মূল্য ও প্রাপ্যতা

  • পণ্যের মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

  • কোনো পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে এবং গ্রাহককে অবহিত করা হবে।

৫. গ্রাহকের তথ্য ব্যবহার

  • গ্রাহকের নাম, ঠিকানা এবং মোবাইল নম্বর শুধুমাত্র অর্ডার প্রসেসিং ও ডেলিভারির জন্য সংগ্রহ করা হয়।

  • সকল তথ্য সম্পূর্ণ গোপন রাখা হয় এবং তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হয় না।

1. Order Placement

Customers can place orders through our Website, Facebook Page, WhatsApp, or Phone call.
After confirmation, customers will receive a confirmation message or call.

 

2. Payment Method

We accept the following payment method:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be made at the time of receiving the product.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 2–3 working days.

  • Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–7 working days.

  • Delivery charges may vary depending on location.

4. Product Price & Availability

  • Product prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • If a product is out of stock, the order may be canceled and the customer will be informed.

5. Customer Information Usage

  • Customer’s name, address, and mobile number are collected only for order processing and delivery.

  • All information is kept secure and will not be shared with any third party.
