3. Delivery Coverage

We provide delivery services all over Bangladesh, including both urban and rural areas.

4. Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days

  • Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

Delivery time may vary for remote locations or special circumstances.

5. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges depend on your location and will be confirmed at the time of order.

6. Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • bKash

  • Nagad

7. Order Tracking

Customers will receive updates about order processing and delivery via phone or message.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within a limited time after confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

শপিং ও ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা

Shifa Nectar BD থেকে কেনাকাটা করা সহজ, নিরাপদ এবং নির্ভরযোগ্য। নিচে আমাদের শপিং ও ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত বিস্তারিত তথ্য দেওয়া হলো।

১. অর্ডার করার পদ্ধতি

আপনি নিম্নলিখিত উপায়ে অর্ডার করতে পারেন:

  • ওয়েবসাইট

  • ফেসবুক পেজ

  • হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ

  • ফোন কল

অর্ডার করার পর কনফার্মেশন কল বা মেসেজ দেওয়া হবে।

২. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ

অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে। সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা জরুরি, অন্যথায় ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৩. ডেলিভারি এলাকা

আমরা সারা বাংলাদেশে ডেলিভারি সেবা প্রদান করি।

৪. ডেলিভারি সময়

  • ঢাকার ভিতরে: ১–২ কার্যদিবস

  • ঢাকার বাইরে: ২–৪ কার্যদিবস

দূরবর্তী এলাকায় সময় বেশি লাগতে পারে।

৫. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

লোকেশন অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ধারিত হয় এবং অর্ডারের সময় জানানো হবে।

৬. পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি

  • ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)

  • বিকাশ (bKash)

  • নগদ (Nagad)

৭. অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং

অর্ডারের আপডেট ফোন বা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।

৮. অর্ডার বাতিল

নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে অর্ডার বাতিল করা যাবে। পণ্য পাঠানোর পর বাতিল করা সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

৯. গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা
